Lake Keri, famous for its pitch springs gives the impression of a fresh-water lake.

Most of the wells in the area have now dried up but on the left of the road, towards the beach can be seen the Spring of Herodotus.

Lake Keri in Zakynthos has a pebble beach and crystal-clear waters ideal for swimming and from the little harbour excursions are organised to the isle of Marathonisi and the caves around the rocky cape.

This beautiful unspoilt village is very traditional in style and is ideal for a relaxing holiday.
There are many delightful tavernas and cafes for you to sit and relax while taking in the panoramic views. If you are feeling a little energetic there is a diving centre close by. Most of the businesses are family run thus giving a chance to the visitor to come into contact with the local culture.
